The National Bank of Ukraine has cancelled a number of fees for services of the National Payment System PROSTIR (NPS PROSTIR) for the duration of martial law.
The decision has been made to support participants and partners of the NPS PROSTIR and ensure an uninterrupted operation of the system under martial law.
In particular, the NBU will temporarily not charge fees for the following services:
Relevant provisions are stipulated in NBU Board Resolution No. 64 On Non-applying Fees for Certain Services (Transactions) of the National Payment System PROSTIR Under Martial Law dated 24 March 2022.
Fees for other services and transactions provided by the NBU in the NPS PROSTIR remain unchanged.
As previously reported, the NBU performs functions of the payment system operator, the Central Router, the Settlement and Clearing Center, and the settlement bank of the NPS PROSTIR.
