National Payment System PROSTIR (PROSTIR) is a national card payment system.
The system was established and is developed by the National Bank of Ukraine.
PROSTIR participants today are banks and nonbank institutions. The main product is PROSTIR payment cards issued by Ukrainian banks for customer accounts. Said cards can be used for transactions of any type in the territory of Ukraine: payments in retail networks, online payments, cash withdrawals in ATMs and POS terminals at retailer cash desks, C2C transfers, etc.
