From 1 May 2022, the PROSTIR National Payment System resumes charging interchange fees for transactions made by PROSTIR cardholders to pay for goods and services.  

 Starting from 1 May 2022, the interchange fee for such transactions is set at 0.3% (it is lower than in the pre-war period).  It applies to cashless transactions with PROSTIR cards to pay for goods and services at Ukrainian retailers and in e-commerce.  

 At the same time, the 0% interchange rate remains in place for the following transactions: 

• raising funds through registered charities and social services (MCC code – 8398)
• purchase of war bonds (MCC code – 6211).

 Please, be reminded that  PROSTIR NPS set the interchange rate at 0% for all transactions for the period from 7 March through 30 April of the current year.
